"(Only)Adore" is probably the oldest track that appears on the album, dating back to a more 'angsty' kind of affection, in which all imbalances in that affection were acutely felt and the source of deep confusion. It's a lot of fun to sing, though. Punchy yet sly. I was the singer in an all-girl grunge and punk-inspired high school band called Queen of Sheba at the time of writing this one, so that perhaps is reflected in the style too.
